There had been many reports on the performance of the iPhone 4 when it comes to receiving reception erratically.
It was tested that after comparisons on several ways of handling the phone namely: two fingers side by side covering the antennae, or one finger covering the antennae another is free of human touch, putting the phone down on a glass table, there had been errors on the signals as manifested by the number of bars dropping from four to one or during calls, not being able to hear the one talking on the other end of the line.
Reader Tobias, a Danish professor who’s an expert in antennas, predicted that human touch would interfere with the antenna, because it’s on the outside of the phone. Another experiment suggest that if one applies a bit of clear nail polish to the bridge between the two antennas on the iPhone, there would be no debilitating connection. The clear nail polish would barely be noticeable but the problem is, it is volatile. With these many surmise that the Apple’s reason of releasing a new case, the first bumper case is because of these erratic experiences by the users, where they previously just let third-parties take care of it.

Isn’t it amazing to be able to print a 3D object or get a 3D object whenever you want it and not look for a store to be able to get it?
A 3D printer technology seems to be near the hands of the people in the market. A recent video from the CBS featured the company Makerbot, the company that makes CupCake CNC, a three dimensional printer that does not cost much unlike the ones that we can find for industrial use. Has anybody thought of printing a three dimensional object not in paper before? Just like if you want a can opener, if u you want a figurine just like the “Statue of Liberty” or a spare part of toys, then newest Makerbot CupCake CNC 3D printer can do that for you. In a Makerbot CupCake CNC technology, a thin layer of plastic is used to create the desired object, its shape and three more layers plastic is added to it for strengthening and finishing. A machine that is not portable but is somewhat similar to the CupCake CNC 3D printer by the Makerbot is being used by Jay Leno to make his own spare parts for his car collection. Many people are waiting for the development of this technology and its release to the market since in the news, Makerbot’s CupCake CNC costs less than a thousand dollars and is really very much affordable.
