Billy Corgan, Smashing Pumpkins’ frontman, collapsed last Wednesday during a gig in Tampa, Florida. During their performance of their single Bullet With Butterfly Wings (1995), Corgan appeared dizzy then later stumbled and fell to the ground.

“For those that saw me fall last night during Bullet that wasn’t a stage move or clumsiness. That was me blacking out and wiping out,” Corgan said. “I have no memory of falling against the drum riser and my guitar cabinet, but I can tell you I’ve got quite a good bruise plus am moving slow.”

Corgan somehow managed to get right up and caught up to the song with a guitar solo.
